Joel 3:9-12

I. PROCLAIM THE PROMISE: (Joel 3:9)
A. Proclaim the Purpose: Spread the Urgent Urgency
B. Promote the Preparation: Mobilize the Masses

II. PRODUCE PREPARATION (Joel 3:10)
A. Transform the Tools: “Beat your plowshares into swords”
B. Promote the Power: “Pruninghooks into spears”
C. Pronounce the Power of the Weak: “Let the weak say, I am strong”

III. PROVOKE THE PEOPLE (Joel 3:11)
A. Call the Countries: “Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen”
B. Command the Convergence:”Gather yourselves together round about”
C. Crave the Divine:”Cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord”

IV. PROCLAIM THE PURPOSE (Joel 3:12)
A. Prepare the Place: “Wakened” and “Come up”; to the valley of Jehoshaphat
B. Promote the Purpose: “For there will I sit to judge”
C. Preach the Power: The Lord’s Seat of Judgment

V. VICTORIOUS VISION:
A. Visualize the Victory: The Lord’s victorious judgment
B. Vow to the Vision: Commit to the Commission
C. Venture into the Victory: Evangelize with urgency
