Revelation 21: 9-27
I. A Glorious City (9-11) –
A. The Gathering of the City (9) – The judgment of God is over and eternity has begun.
B. The Grace of the City (10) – The glorious city will descend from God out of heaven.
C. The Glory of the City (11) – The New Jerusalem will resound with the glory of God.

II. A Grand City (12-21) –
A. The Exterior of the City (12-14) – The New Jerusalem will be surrounded by a wall great and high.
B. The Expanse of the City (15-17) – The New Jerusalem will be unlike any city ever built.
C. The Elegance of the City (18-21) – The walls of this grand city will all be one shining jasper or diamond, and the city will be constructed of pure gold like clear glass.

III. A Glowing City (22-27) –
A. No Temple (22) – There will be no need for a Temple in heaven.
B. No Twilight (23-24) – Lord Himself shines so brightly that there will be no need for the sun, moon, or stars
C. No Turmoil (25-27) – The gates of the city will never close for there is no night.
